Shannon Beasley

Shannon Beasley Taitt is the founder and CEO of Deep Roots Consulting, LLC, that provides life coaching, consulting, training and facilitation. She is a transitional leader who believes in helping everyone get better results for and from themselves. Consistently referred to as “insightful”, “resourceful”, and “stimulating” by individuals and organizations nationwide – Shannon’s services are in high demand.

As a self-proclaimed “grassroots bureaucrat”, Shannon has more than 20 years if extensive experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment and increasing access to care for under-served populations. Shannon is a storyteller. Whether standing in front of a group that’s come to hear her speak or writing the words to a book, she has an uncanny ability to weave a story that keeps people on the edges of their seats until the very end.
