AJ Morocco

AJ Morocco is a writer and a blogger for The Big Takeover, an independent music magazine based in New York which began in 1980. He has published full length articles about Black Sabbath and Denver's Riot Fest, as well as obscure all-female Boston post punk band Dangerous Birds. He has interviewed Absolution, Landing, White Laces, Life's Blood and has written several long form pieces. For a few years he wrote a top ten column each week.

AJ began writing stories in the late 1980s on a Smith Corona XL1500 typewriter. In 1989 he started contributing to Trash Fanzine. He has also written for Blank Generation and Liquid Lunch magazine.

He lives in Denver, Colorado.
