Crystal Khalil was born in Rochester, NY. For 30 years, she transformed her own life from first generation college graduate to the first African American executive at the largest, and most traditional sports car manufacturer, and the most profitable automotive manufacturer in the world, Porsche. This compelling journey is the inspiration behind her bold mission to teach others that it is possible to shatter glass-ceilings, and chart your own career path.

In 2019, Crystal launched her Amazon internationally bestselling book, “Hard Workers Work Hard, And Networkers Move Up!,” to inspire others to build relationships through networking, connect and claim the success they desire.

With a corporate career that extended over 30 years, Khalil is lauded for leading with integrity, purpose, and compassion. In 2020, Crystal retired from the executive ranks to truly manifest her purpose of helping women live their best life in service, humility, and excellence.

In 2020, in her encore career, she co-founded Sister Diamonds, LLC with her partner and Wonder Twin, Dr. Nicole LaBeach. Now, she is also the Co-CEO of the leadership development and change management firm Volition Enterprises, Inc. serving corporations and their talent.

As a master coach in business and relationships, she’s committed to helping clients push past their fears and limiting beliefs to take action and experience growth.

Throughout her community, Khalil serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an international nonprofit organization that strives to eradicate poverty.
