Ms. Stephanie Larkin

Stephanie Larkin is the author of Dear Future Stepmom; Pain Power Purpose; Displaced: A Memoir; Resettled; Grief Country; Ten Affirmations of An Empowered Widow; Life Love Loss: A Poetry Chapbook; Widowed in Seattle: Local Resources and Information; Widowed in Olympia: Local Resources and Information; Introduction to Chizigula; English-Chizigula Book 1; and Chizigula Book 1. She enjoys writing nonfiction books, short stories, and poetry. She often blends her lived experiences with up-to-date research in areas such as grief and developmental trauma. Her longtime friendship with a Bantu refugee community led her to co-author the first published phrasebook for their endangered African language, Chizigula, and her Chizigula books can be found in Tanzania, refugee camps in Kenya, and in Bantu communities across the United States.
