Tal Berman was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, lived for a time in Hoboken, New Jersey and now resides in Rishon Lezion with his wife. He graduated from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel with an MBA majoring in Entrepreneurship and has gone on to become an entrepreneurship educator and expert in early-stage venture creation and ideation. Tal also owns his own business and lectures in entrepreneurship at a local college.

Tal’s other great love is being a writer, something which he has only recently taken up. His first book, Walk a Thin Line, is an alternate history story about a world where the Carthaginians defeated Rome instead of the other way around. It is the first in a planned series called Make a Name. The second book named Cross the Line will be out very soon. In addition to this, Tal is also working on a standalone alternate historical world war II novel called Fort Worth.

In his spare time, Tal enjoys working out in the gym and likes watching a wide variety of sports such as soccer, baseball, football, and hockey. When he doesn’t want to think too hard about something, then action or superhero movies are his preferred choice for viewing.

In the future, Tal looks forward to the day when he can write full-time thrilling books that readers will be able to immerse themselves in and allow their imaginations to run riot in his alternative histories.
