Roberto Pérez Reyes

Roberto Pérez Reyes is a Puerto Rican author and researcher who graduated in Social Sciences with a concentration in Ibero-American Studies from the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. His perennial curiosity and stubborn desire to learn as much as he can, have also allowed him to train as a cartoonist, illustrator, book designer, visual content creator, craftsman, musician, and singer-songwriter. In his spare time —if any— Roberto dedicates himself to agriculture, crafts and enjoys filmmaking and video games.

After having published his first self-managed book of scientific dissemination, The Best Lost Secret (2017), which contains a deep reflection on the intellectual capacity of the ancient Indo-Antillans, he has been invited to participate in various expeditions and scientific projects led by the renowned archaeologist Dr. Reniel Rodríguez Ramos. On the other hand, Pérez is a lecturer, workshop facilitator and consultant on the Indo-Antillean theme, participating in several documentaries on the history, anthropology and pre-Columbian archeology of Puerto Rico.

Currently, in addition to continuing his research and creating his next books, Pérez Reyes is the creator of the YouTube channel, Canal Caníbal and works as a facilitator, layout artist and designer of books for authors who choose the option of self-publishing on the platform of Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.
