Chris Borhani

Chris Borhani writes adventure novels built against backdrops of thought-provoking questions arising from the mysteries of the past.

In addition to writing fiction, Chris also writes and shares articles on the archaeological sites he visits and photographs on the Rockpile Project website, which he created in 2018 as a public resource for information about ancient sites of interest in Greece, Turkey, and beyond.

Chris was born and raised in Michigan (USA), where he studied history at Michigan State University and earned a graduate degree from the University of Michigan. He has been living overseas for most of his life, which has allowed him to travel widely and learn more about places all around the world, including the stories behind them. He has held faculty appointments as a lecturer of English at several universities in Turkey and South Korea, and he currently lives in Greece.
