Milan Baria is CEO of Blueclone Networks, has been certified by Microsoft and CompTIA, and is accredited in specialized areas including Cybersecurity and HIPAA. His wide-ranging experience in network security for regulated environments includes organizations governed by HITECH, HIPAA, FDA (21CFR Part 11), FINRA, and PCI-DSS. In addition to being recognized as a #1 Amazon Best Seller, he has been seen on major television networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX affiliates.
He always had a passion for technology growing up and officially started his profession in the 1990’s as an IT Consultant for a Technology Firm, quickly advancing to management within the Datacenter NOC of a multibillion-dollar Internet Service Provider, and then heading IT operations for a multinational pharmaceutical company. During his career, he worked with law enforcement agencies such as local police, state police, and the FBI on technology-related matters as well as with out-of-state cybersecurity firms seeking guidance or a local presence.
Outside of the technology sector, Milan is a husband and father that enjoys detaching from technology to refresh and relax by enjoying the outdoors through mountain biking, skiing, fishing and photography. Milan’s adventurous side has included activities such as whitewater rafting, sport fishing in the Canyons, photographing an active volcano, canyoning, hang gliding and kart racing. He’s explored over 20 countries including India, from where his parents immigrated.
Milan’s travels abroad are primarily influenced by his longing desire to connect with others and learn about various cultures. He takes great pride in helping others in his local community and around the world through his company’s philanthropic program. He is well respected in the local community, recognized for his past service as a volunteer Firefighter and NJ State Certified Emergency Medical Technician. While serving as Crew Chief, he was elected and served as President of his town’s First Aid Squad where he worked with local government, police, healthcare providers and hospitals.
In 2006, Milan founded Blueclone Networks, an IT Services & Cybersecurity Company headquartered in Princeton, NJ. Milan’s past work with law enforcement and within regulated environments steered the company’s focus towards helping organizations within the healthcare, biopharmaceutical, and finance industries meet and demonstrate their compliance to regulatory agencies. His volunteer work in Emergency Services greatly influences the company’s priority that ensures clients are prepared for emergencies with proper contingency plans, and can demonstrate business continuity and continued operation in the event of a natural, hardware, or security disaster.
