Ken Estridge

Ken Estridge is a business growth expert, author, and speaker skilled in coaching CEOs and senior managers of Fortune 500 Companies and mid-market growth companies. Ken brings over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, venture capitalist, management consultant and executive coach to his work with clients. He is an expert at helping company leaders maximize their effectiveness, build high performance teams, accelerate growth and increase profitability. He loves to work with the leadership teams of high-growth companies and help them achieve their goals.

He began his career as an investment research analyst for Fred Alger & Co., and then became Director of Corporate Finance for Ladenburg Thalman. Subsequently, he founded and led 10 companies in the health-club industry, staffing industry and video game industry. In 1997, he became a partner in an early-stage VC firm. Ken has been a Certified Executive Coach since 2002. He has coached executives in over 25 Fortune 500 companies as well as leaders of many privately-owned companies. He is a certified Topgrading coach and is also certified in the use of numerous assessment tools. Ken has been a Gazelles Certified Business Coach since 2009, Ken has worked with the leadership teams of over 100 growth companies ranging in size from $5M to $650M in revenue. He applies the Gazelles Scaling Up methodology to help businesses align their teams and use proven best practices in the execution of their strategic plans.

Ken received a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, SM from MIT Sloan and SB from MIT. He has served as a guest speaker/panelist at HBS, MIT Sloan, Tufts, Babson and Northeastern. Ken was a member of the Board of Governors of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston for six years and an active participant in the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge for over 15 years
