Chad O'Roark

Chad O’Roark is a highly energetic, passionate leader, trainer, coach, and motivational speaker. He studied Business Management at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Tx, before pursuing his Ordination from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Ok. He doesn’t care much for titles, which is why he doesn’t refer to himself as Rev. O’Roark. In fact, he prefers for everyone to call him by his nickname, “ChadO”. Chad is a people person with a gift for producing great leaders. He focuses on surrounding himself with good people and trains them to become successful leaders through coaching. He also uses his coaching method to teach classes to those interested in becoming better managers. His retail Management career began over 32 years ago. He has held many different Leadership roles during his tenure. Chad has worked for companies such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, “The Best Sports Company in the World”, Toys R Us / Babies R Us, Jo-Ann, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, Circuit City, Cinemark Theaters, Frito Lay, Barker Photography, Brookshire Bros., Warehouse Market, etc… He has also held several ministry positions over the years during his personal time such as Associate and Youth Pastor at various churches in the U.S. Chad has a sincere love for people, and is passionate about helping them to become the best leaders they can be.
