Peter Armistead

Peter Armistead is a graduate of Durham University and the College of Law, York. He spent 6 years as a lawyer in a top City law firm and then in an investment management company, before leaving corporate life to set up a property business. He has been a professional property investor and developer for the last 18 years.

Peter is an innovator, an investor, an award-winning developer and a business owner. He has bought and sold several hundred properties. His business, Armistead Property, is one of the most prestigious property development businesses in South Manchester and specialises in renovating old, neglected properties and turning them into some of the finest properties in the area.

As well as having a passion for property, he is a highly accomplished skier and a competitive ultra mountain runner, having been on the podium for races at the 50k, 50-mile, 75-mile and 100-mile levels. He has worked in over 30 different countries and currently lives in Whistler, BC, where he works, skis and/or runs every day.
