Darren Liu

Darren Liu, DrPH, MS, FGSA, is a Professor at West Virginia University’s School of Public Health, specializing in health equity and long-term care. A first-generation immigrant from Taiwan, his cultural experiences inspire his commitment to advancing equity. Liu earned his Doctor of Public Health and MS in Biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh and has championed underrepresented students throughout his career.
