Simon Chilembo

Simon Chilembo is a naturalized Norwegian citizen. He was born in South Africa in 1960. He lived in Zambia between 1975 and 1988. There he grew up into an adventurous academic and sports achiever young adulthood. He became a man in Norway, his home since 1988.

Simon is prominent as a cross-cultural Karate practitioner and teacher in Norway. He formed two Karate clubs, one in Oslo and the other Nesodden in 1988 and 1989, respectively. His former Black Belt students run these clubs today. Until June 2013, Simon ran a flourishing Health & Wellness practice in Oslo, Norway. He is a trained Body and Mind Worker.

He holds a Humanities and Social Sciences Bachelor's (BA) degree from The University of Zambia (UNZA), Lusaka. A 6th Dan Karate Black Belt Degree Master, Simon commands international Karate pioneer status in Norway, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Future-oriented, he is passionate about education that inspires critical thinking, creativity and innovation, appreciation of the sciences, mathematics, and philosophy. Social justice is also a subject close to Simon's heart. He is unmarried with no children. However, his worldwide godchildren and Karate Kids charm him much. He has been writing books since 2015. Simon Chilembo has authored and published six books so far.
