Daniel Boone is certainly well-known throughout history as being an incredibly bold pioneer - quite the adventure seeker. He truly did blaze trails and go places many others had not dared to go before. That said, and being related to Daniel (for real), I have often been referred to as a curious, courageous pioneer when it comes to my chosen field of Human Resources with Talent Management being an area of expertise and Strategic Career Transition Coaching becoming my true passion and niche.

In the business world, I have been described as a versatile, strategic Talent Management consultant specializing in life, career, team and leader training and coaching. I'd like to think of myself as ultimately an ABUNDANT LIFE COACH! I love to facilitate the customized pinpointing of the abundant life, development of a focused plan to attain it and then guide clients in ensuring accountability for sustaining the truly Abundant life over time.

My educational background is quite unique, holding a teaching degree and a master's in career counseling.

I was honored while with Sara Lee Corporation with ASTD'S David Campbell Creativity and Innovation Award for pioneering a division-wide, comprehensive education and training system to assure a highly successful organizational transformation to a more customer-focused, team-based approach.

Mr. Richardson has a uniquely strong background in the area of career empowerment training and coaching. As stated earlier, he earned an undergraduate teaching degree with a heavy psychology background and he has a Master's degree in Career Counseling. Additionally, he has extensive career-related training and certifications with an emphasis on practical career assessments to help clients gain greater clarity as to what next.

Mark has a total talent management background in that he headed up the Management and College Recruitment department with an operating division of a leading Fortune 500 company with Sara Lee Corporation. Additionally, he has played a key role in the placement of hundreds of career professionals and executives as a Retained Search Consultant as well as in the role of Career Transition Coach for the past 20 years.

Mark has gained a reputation as being an expert in his field of strategic career training and coaching, practical, insightful, playful, passionate and compassionate with an uncanny ability to bring out the best on others.
