Laetitia Vitaud

Laetitia Vitaud is a writer and speaker on the future of work, with a feminist perspective. After ten years teaching English and American studies, she moved into the field of Human Resources and has spent the past decade advising companies and institutions on the impact of demographic change, technological transformations, and the rise of freelancing. Her work highlights the hidden value of care and support work, and the need to rethink productivity and careers in an ageing society.
