The focus of my work is self-improvement through rune work, meditation, ritual and physical fitness.

My written work focuses on the use of Norse myth as a construct within which to perform meditation and ritual using the runes as focal points and the gods and goddesses as archetypes.

'Rise, Runes and Ritual' is my greatest work thus far and is the foundation of my approach to the runes and magic. Please read the reviews written by people who have read the book.

'Project Rune' is the workbook for 'Rise, Runes and Ritual' and offers a curriculum of study that will familiarize the reader with the runes and enable them to form a working relationship with them.

'Paradigms of Meditation' is a collection of 372 thoughts on a very wide range of topics.

'Ethereal Darkness' is a collection of 24 poems written over a period of many years.

'The Tree' is a work in progress. This book is a hero's quest through the nine worlds of Yggdrasil in which Sigurd is taught indispensable information by the rulers of each world necessary for him to fulfill his destiny.
