Valeri McCarthy

Val McCarthy is an American children’s author and illustrator with a passion for sharing inspiring stories and fueling kids’ imaginations. As an avid fan of art, graphics and website design, Valeri uses her love of writing and illustrating to create memorable and heartwarming children’s stories that teach kids important lessons. Valeri currently lives in Michigan with her husband Tim and their two dogs, Milo and Gunner.

When not writing, Val loves to spend her time outdoors, where she enjoys hiking, cycling, and kayaking on Lake Michigan.
