Dr. LéJon April, is an International Educator with over 16 years of experience teaching in the United States, Kenya, and the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Payne has taught in the K-12 public and private system as well as post-graduate education. Dr. Payne organizes International Service trips to help youth and communities in need. Her passion is to spread the word of God and empower members of international communities through her ministry of service to others, books, and various coaching platforms. She is a prayer warrior who knows and has witnessed the power of prayer. Through her international platform, she strives to stand in the gap and pray with others who are facing challenges that seem impossible, but are still believing God for miracles in their lives. She believes and has personally experienced that consistent prayer and fervent declarations produce results. For this reason, she seeks to motivate and encourage others to connect with God in a similar way to unlock the abundant blessings God has for them through her prayer books.

Dr. Payne also writes children's books for elementary age students. She is very passionate about educating youth through the arts and creative writing. Her accomplishments include working as an International Innovation Leader, Playwright, Performing Arts Director and International Service Organizer. She is the co-founder of The Art of Confidence Foundation, which is an organization designed to provide youth with performing arts and enrichment opportunities globally.
