Elaine J. Eisenman

Elaine Eisenman, PhD, is an organizational psychologist, board member, former executive and Business School Dean, wife, mother, and grandmother who has spent her career advising on personal, corporate and academic transitions. As an advisor, consultant and executive coach, she has witnessed the betrayal of trust at every level, and has both seen and experienced the turmoil and devastation it creates. She has also marveled at the ability of people to keep their power and tap into their reservoir of resilience to bounce forward to a brighter future.
