Becky Drake

Becky Drake is in love with Jesus, is excited about ministry and sharing the love of the Lord with everyone. When asked who inspires her and who her role model is, Becky says, "To be perfectly honest, my role model is Jesus Christ and my inspiration is the Holy Spirit. I strive to live my life in a way that is pleasing to the Lord and I cannot do that in my human frailty without the precious Holy Spirit. There are, however, many who have blazed the trail before me. Those who have sacrificed and spent nights on their knees for lost souls, for the movement of God and the cause of Christ. These same people have also prayed for and with me and spent a lot of time in spiritual warfare concerning my life, the calling of God on my life and this ministry. These people are not just brothers and sisters in the Lord, but fellow warriors in the army of God".

An evangelist and teacher of the Word of God, the Lord led Becky to start Restoration Ministries in January of 2015. Restoration Ministries' mission is found in Mark 16:15 "....Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Now, Becky and her husband, Brian, minister together and the Lord led them to change the ministry name to Armour of God Ministries. However, the ministry mindset is still the same; their focus is still the same - souls - because they are the heart of God. Concerning ministry, Becky stated, "We stand for the truth of the Gospel. The Gospel is the story of Jesus Christ and His finished work on Calvary's cross to redeem all who will come to Him. Armour of God Ministries is not about us - it's about Jesus. It's preaching deliverance to the captives until every ear has heard, every heart has been stirred and every chain is broken by the power of the Holy Spirit. That's what God has called us to do and that is what we will do".

Becky loves to share her testimony with others. She is passionate about Jesus, about sharing His love and light with others and she is passionate about the calling He has placed on her life. Becky enjoys studying the Bible and preaching the Word of God. When she has a little extra time, Becky enjoys singing, fellowship with her friends and church family - and, of course - she will usually find a spot to sit and write thoughts and ideas for an upcoming book. Becky resides in south Alabama with her husband, Brian.
