Dr. Randy Hines II is a board certified family medicine physician and native of Port Arthur, TX. He attended Prairie View A&M University for undergraduate and graduate school. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. After years of having the itch to write he decided to scratch it and complete his first novel, Appendicitis.
