Dr. James Germain URI

Dr. James Germain URI encountered accelerated life experience within a family of four siblings. Born at home Nashville, Tennessee, 1943, his family moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1945 to alleviate his older brother’s severe asthma.

When Ringling Brothers Circus families helped establish the high school “Sailor Circus” in 1948, he was selected while in 1st grade, as one of the “World’s Smallest People,” a side show exhibit at the premiere performance. Even though it was an extracurricular activity of the High School, for 12 years he participated in every conceivable way, circus acts including high wire with members of the Wallenda family and flying trapeze artist.

To support family ventures, he farmed, fished and participated in all things relative the harvesting of sustenance. As an avid water sports participant, he assisted his older brother Joe Cash as he became a world renowned water skier. Overall World Champion at 18 with multiple championships, multiple world records to follow and establishment of an internationally recognized water ski school in Sarasota.

James perused a different path, as a member of the University of Florida gymnastics team, student engineer, working summers in Rochester NY, living with a family on Lake Canandaigua, coaching gymnastics and water skiing, while earning a Bachelor of Science, Engineering. He gained appreciable experience within the automotive and aircraft industries.

In 1967, at 24, he entered into a new family business, the retail marine industry and shortly thereafter, he endured the tragic death of his 30 year old brother Joe, choosing proactive support as uncle to five young children.

In 1973 James received simultaneous influential adjustments within his life and perceptions of reality. Separation and divorce after 10 years of marriage and two children. The rapidly growing marine business, now 5 locations, 50 employees had to endure the “fuel shortage,” zero demand for gas thirsty boats. Those events precipitated new experience personally and professionally, the need to find solutions to survive when none seemingly exist.

It became manifestly clear to him that a great deal is beyond our individual control. His reflection delivered the wisdom that in his life, many successes were not entirely of his own creation. Those intense emotional experiences shifted his focus from personal achievements, accumulation of wealth and recognition by others, to whole-hearted examination of the fundamental values of life.

As President and CEO, with appropriate notice to others enlisted, he departed the rapidly expanding marine business. The innovation, rapid growth, under his direction had received marine industry recognition as “Dealer of the Year.” Nurtured, expanded by his cousin and others, the vision, principles anchored then are still operational today, metamorphosing into MarineMax, the largest publicly traded marine retailer.

All things set on auto pilot, 1974, Dr. URI departed his former life walk for parts unknown, on faith and determination to gain understanding of the reality of human existence. Two years of extensive travel and opening to the spiritual enticements, signs, “coincidences” offering avenues to achieve his new goals led to several countries in South America, reading of many books, and some extraordinary encounters with human beings possessing parts of the puzzle, the “Greater Picture and Plan.” Another solo trip, living in a well-appointed van, he drove from Florida to the Olympic Rain Forrest, Washington, traveling South along the Pacific Coast to Guatemala, affording sufficient time to process, meditate, integrate new perceptions and understanding. Having achieved his personal goals, with an open heart he found agreement with the Creator, he departed for the peaks of Mt. Shasta. Then the Collective Spiritual Mission began.

In late summer 1976, he met Rev. Dr. Grace Marama URI near the base of Mt. Shasta in California. Until that time, each traveled their individual journey of life experience, transitioning into dedicated service to God and Humanity. Upon meeting there was an instant recognition of the complimentary nature of their individual journeys, unification of purpose within the male/female union, co-creation of New Birth. From the day of meeting, until her transition, departing this realm of human existence, they served side by side, co-creating a new tapestry within Cosmic Christ Consciousness.

On his birthday in 1976, on a boat in Sarasota Bay, Florida, Rev. Dr. Grace Marama URI received inner prompting from other Realms, James was to be asked if he was ready to be Baptized, Ordained, Witnessed. He embraced the calling to anchor his service to God, within man's law, as an Ordained Minister. Grace was Witness to his Spiritual Commission in Ministry, knowing he was becoming a “fisher of men.” It was a conscious recognition that our Beloved Brother Christ Jesus completed his human Earthly Ministry at age 33. James began his public Ministry on his 33rd Birthday.

After three years of initiating, activating anchor points, for the GRIDS of Consciousness Unification within the USA, 1977, they with others, reorganized Grace House Prayer Ministry Inc., renamed TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation - Family Of URI, Inc. anchored in Ashland, Oregon. In September of 1979 they collectively established the prototype Melchizedek Community of Light,™ “Ship Terra,” Prospect, Oregon, a Foundation facility, Church/Homes Community.

Publications, authored collectively by participants, Ministers, living the Principles & Practices of the Church were established and distributed to the Functioning Body of the Church. Conscious Collectively Amplified Infusions assisting Consciousness Evolution are now manifesting throughout Humanity. Of record are the publications, “Light Streams - Family of URI Journal” - December 1979 - December 1983, “PASTORAL MEMO - Many Energies Manifesting Oneness” - January 1980 - May 1982, “COTC National Newsletter” May 1998 - December 2001, COTC/TE-TA-MA Online Publications beginning 1999, ongoing, publishing hundreds of issues, thousands of COTC News, articles.

To further anchor, activate and deactivate, energy points, pick up the matrix of the Holy Grail, integrate within the GRIDS of Consciousness Unification they traveled through Europe, South America, Central America and several Caribbean Islands.

Within the Governing Council Body, the Spiritual Senate of the Foundation, Church, in 1983, like a scroll from the Heavens, the understanding and directive, definition of: “Cosmocracy - Co-joint Democratic Healing and Sealing the Planes and Dimensions into One Unified Body. Cosmological Democracy; an integral planning in coordination within the Brotherhoods, step by step locking in process. The counterpart in the Electro-Magnetic Shield surrounding us in our many Universes. Externalizing the COMMUNITIES OF LIGHT by the ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK in attunement, accordance, and principle of PHASE 2 by the FEDERATION and GALACTIC COUNCILS in our Pact and Covenant to Our Parent Creator to fulfill the cause-effect of Man’s Destiny.” was received and anchored. Through inner plane witness, unanimous agreement, the Degree was Bestowed, anchored, manifest as Certificates issued, Doctor of Cosmocracy, for Grace Marama URI and James Germain URI, Ministerial Unit, a Ministerial Office established in November 1977.

The resistance to change on the planet eventually found its way to disrupt the ongoing Infusions through TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation - Family Of URI, foreclosing the physical facility, substantial equity investment in - “Ship Terra” Melchizedek Community of Light™. Drs. Grace Marama and James Germain URI, were always front and center, the target of allegations, eventually precipitating the Family Of URI being forcibly removed from their Church/Home/Residences/Community in Prospect, Oregon. Records and filings, multiple cases within the Oregon Judicial System document the record, beginning 1983 through 1989.

TE-TA-MA in 1985 birthed and initiated a vehicle to adjust, Infuse these principles within the commercial lanes of human economic expressions. Michael's Holding Company through volunteer participation, served thousands of clients by contractual agreements within their houses/homes, properties. Upon reaching a level requiring paid employees, the enterprise was entrusted to its own organizational structure and autonomy. At the same time Dr. URI became licensed as a Realtor, established Omega Realty, benefits supporting financial contributions to the Foundation.

After establishing Church Of The Creator,® and registering the trademark, Dr. URI as Vice President, was the organization’s representative in the Trademark Litigation, TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation-Family of URI Inc v. World Church of the Creator, US District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division Case. 00 C 2638 (Docket: 14 pages). In summary “In 2002, the TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation won a trademark lawsuit against Hale and he could no longer use the words "church" and "creator" in his ersatz organization that he called a "religion." This set the wheels in motion and caused Hale to seek the murder of Judge Joan Lefkow, the judge in the case. During that case, it was also determined that many "Creators" could be held responsible for the hefty fines that were imposed. …That is a brief summary of a very dynamic laden situation with more twists and turns than a coal mine.” Nicole Nichols, Citizens Against Hate.

During the litigation Dr. URI was exposed to multiple threats. Testimony during the "soliciting/obstruction of justice trial" of Mathew Hail, for soliciting others to murder the presiding Judge in the case, paints a clear picture. Jon Fox a former colleague testified that Hale, angry over the outcome of a trademark infringement lawsuit, asked him if he would kill the judge, some of the attorneys involved and the leader of the Oregon-based religious group that sued. "He shouted how he wanted them dead - the judge and the attorneys, they had to die," Jon Fox, 44, told the federal jury.

Fox, who also was once a member of a right-wing militia group in Kentucky, said that as he and Hale walked down an East Peoria street Hale also told him he "wanted the Oregon minister's church burned down around his head."

Dr. URI claims the blessing of the presence of another Colleague, Ordained at the Gate of the Sun/Son, Tiahuanaco, Bolivia, 1999, she was present within the Church/Home in Oregon, participating in care giving for Grace during the last years of her life. Witnessed as the Feminine Aspect of the Ministerial Unit by the Governing Council Body of TE-TA-MA, May 29, 2006, Revs. Drs. Angela Magdalene URI and Rev. Dr. James Germain URI married, Crater Lake National Park, September 8, 2008, continuing within the Spiritual Commissions of Ministerial Unit.
