Tom Carney

Tom Carney has been actively engaged in meditation and service-oriented work for over 50 years. During that time, he has been closely affiliated with Arcana Workshops, a non-profit corporation dedicated to the pioneering of group conscious work and the service of humanity, where he is the President of the Board and designs and conducts weekly group workshops in both group and intergroup relations and scientific meditation training at all levels of experience. In addition, he has written articles and essays on many topics of an esoteric bridging nature most of which have appeared in a monthly esoteric journal Thoughtline published by Arcana Workshops and translated into many languages. Tom is also a founding and Steering Committee member of The World Service Intergroup (Founded, 1995), perhaps the largest intergroup of esoteric groups in the world. Furthermore, Tom was affiliated with Meditation Groups Inc. (Meditation Mount, Ojai CA) for over 18 years where he served as the Mount as Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Board.
