Les holds over 20 year’s experience as a Sales Professional, Sales Manager, and Sales Leader. He has been responsible for, and led teams ranging from 7 Sales Professionals to teams in excess of 70, generating annual revenues ranging from 30 million to over 300 million dollars.
Les currently focuses on success with each and every one of his valued clients coaching and training Executive Leadership and Sales Professionals across a wide variety of industries throughout North America. Implementing a battle-tested sales process, Les is authentic, down to earth and relatable. He delivers both value and insight with clients who instantly see results. Les’ clients typically experience dramatic increases in closing rates and several have experienced million-dollar profit increases.
