An extraordinary human being. Born in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, Grace, youngest of four siblings, was always blessed with the ability to experience other realms of reality. Even as a small child she was often walking around with one arm reaching up, grasping a hand unseen by others. Like all abilities to perceive beyond the sensate world of relativity, current time/space, that gift was double edged, made her different. She recognized, that her mother, Iris Mary Georgina Timms, was one of her guardian Angels, always allowing, never suppressing her reality. Acknowledged in her first book "Space of Grace" - Parables in Prose, 1977, within the dedication "...The Dearest Expression Of Our Lord's True Love is 'Mother' - for Iris Mary and Clara."

She experienced the hardships of World War II, married a U.S. Soldier, birthed a son Paul and daughter Deborah Mary. Grace was Naturalized as a U. S. Citizen in 1950. As a single mother she relocated on multiple occasions, worked many jobs in the service industry and in the late 1960's found herself in San Jose, California being called forward in her service to God.

Children grown, she quit her only income producing employment, moving on trust and faith dedicating her life to serving God. She established "Grace House," opening the doors to anyone choosing to enter. Within that setting, she experienced many Multi-Dimensional Visions, Visitations, Infusions and Consciousness Encodings from other Realms, within and through the Office Of The Christ.

As a reference point, 1969 was the timing on her part of the feminine vehicle to enter into a Process of Receivership, New Birth, releasing rebirth, being given that choice, through witness, within and through the Office Of The Christ. Since that time the process continues, in the balancing of all estates of consciousness, in preparation for the outpouring of the Gifts of the Divine Mother Essence, Holy Spirit Shekinah. Within 1969 - 1973 she received the conceptualization, understanding, anchoring of the Divine Dispensation, the tool gifted to this planetary sphere, that instrument of affirmation, Divine Right Order.®

In late summer 1976 she met Rev. Dr. James Germain URI near the base of Mt. Shasta in California. Until that time, each traveled their individual journey of life experience, transitioning into dedicated service to God and Humanity. Upon meeting there was an instant recognition of the complimentary nature of their individual journeys, unification of purpose within the male/female union, co-creation of New Birth. From the day of meeting, until her transition, departing this realm of human existence, they served side by side, co-creating a new tapestry.

On his birthday in 1976, on a boat in Sarasota Bay, Florida, Rev. Dr. Grace Marama URI received inner prompting from other Realms, James was to be asked if he was ready to be Baptized, Ordained, Witnessed. He embraced the calling to anchor his service to God, within man's law, as an Ordained Minister. Grace was Witness to his Spiritual Commission in Ministry, knowing he was becoming a “fisher of men.” It was a conscious recognition that our Beloved Brother Christ Jesus completed his human Earthly Ministry at age 33. James began his public Ministry on his 33rd Birthday.

After three years of initiating, activating anchor points, for the GRIDS of Consciousness Unification within the USA, 1977, they with others, reorganized Grace House Prayer Ministry Inc., renamed TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation - Family Of URI, Inc. anchored in Ashland, Oregon. In September of 1979 they collectively established the prototype Melchizedek Community of Light,™ “Ship Terra,” Prospect, Oregon, a Foundation facility, Church/Homes Community.

Publications, authored collectively by participants, Ministers, living the Principles & Practices of the Church were established and distributed to the Functioning Body of the Church. Conscious Collectively Amplified Infusions, assisting Consciousness Evolution are now manifesting throughout Humanity. Of record are the publications, “Light Streams - Family of URI Journal” - December 1979 - December 1983, “PASTORAL MEMO - Many Energies Manifesting Oneness” - January 1980 - May 1982, “COTC National Newsletter” May 1998 - December 2001, COTC/TE-TA-MA Online Publications beginning 1999, ongoing, publishing hundreds of issues, thousands of COTC News, articles.

To further anchor, activate and deactivate, energy points, pick up the matrix of the Holy Grail, integrate within the GRIDS of Consciousness Unification they traveled through Europe, South America, Central America and several Caribbean Islands.

Within the Governing Council Body, the Spiritual Senate of the Foundation, Church, in 1983, like a scroll from the Heavens, the understanding and directive, definition of: “Cosmocracy - Co-joint Democratic Healing and Sealing the Planes and Dimensions into One Unified Body. Cosmological Democracy; an integral planning in coordination within the Brotherhoods, step by step locking in process. The counterpart in the Electro-Magnetic Shield surrounding us in our many Universes. Externalizing the COMMUNITIES OF LIGHT by the ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK in attunement, accordance, and principle of PHASE 2 by the FEDERATION and GALACTIC COUNCILS in our Pact and Covenant to Our Parent Creator to fulfill the cause-effect of Man’s Destiny.” was received and anchored. Through inner plane witness, unanimous agreement, the Degree was Bestowed, anchored, manifest as Certificates issued, Doctor of Cosmocracy, for Grace Marama URI and James Germain URI, Ministerial Unit, a Ministerial Office established in November 1977.

Between 1969 and 2006 Grace Beheld or directly participated in thousands of Spiritual Baptisms, Alignments, and Beheld or participated as Witness to over 1,000 Ordinations of Pastoral Pastors and Associate Ministers within Church Of The Creator.®

On May 26, 2006 Dr. Grace Marama URI completed her Covenant and Pact with our Heavenly Father/Mother God, her Mission, life walk on Earth complete.

We had the honor to behold the unmistakable Grace of her being as she transformed each and every person, with whom she came into contact, washed the souls of who they represent. Every human being has received benefit of her Ministry on our Beloved Planet Earth, Church Of The Creator®.

The Scope of what she accomplished is only fully comprehended in the Heavens. Few on this Earth could fully embrace, witness her Ministry, the vast scope of her Divine Commission, even when transmitted from within their own heart. Some of her understanding and perspective are expressed, what she with her co-founder conceived, anchored and established within "Historical Legacy & Foundations Of The Church."

Her Earthly Legacy are the Foundation, Principles and Practices of the Church. "Space Of Grace" Parables in Prose, "The Father’s Song To His Children," "Creator Daughter's Aeon," "Sacred Mandate" TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation-Family Of URI, Inc. - "Articles of Faith & Constitution," Church Of The Creator® - "Ecclesia Magna Charta" - "Consecration," "Dispensation," "GRIDS of Consciousness Unification," activation of Divine Law/Intervention through the "Divine Dispensation/Decree of Divine Right Order"®. The foundation stones, on which we build, bear witness to her Legacy. Her unending effort, demonstration by example, Beholdance of others and unconditional love are the mortar that is the Mother.

Grace encouraged our continuing to build upon the Foundation in Truth, that the Mother, Sister, Daughter, the Female aspects of the Mates of our Being be joyously restored to their rightful position, side by side, with the Father, Brother, Son – The Family.
