Lisa is a global human resources professional who has an enthusiasm for building leadership skills and strengthening organizations. Her training style and insights have been successfully applied in organizations and settings of varying sizes and cultures. She is skilled in team building workshops and leadership development coaching. As founder and owner of HR Know-How LLC consultancy, she enjoys helping busy organizations with talent management and OD-related needs and believes that bringing humanity and consistency to daily interactions is key to personal growth and organizational productivity.

Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in personnel/industrial relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Lewis University where she is an adjunct professor. She is a contributing author to “Imagination@Work”, a collection of insights from industry leaders about the shifting boundaries in the modern workplace.

She resides in Bardstown, Kentucky, where she is a proud member of the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Boards of Town & Country Bank and Trust Company, Catholic Charities of Louisville and the Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education.
