Bobby Shaw

Recognized in 2016 by Fast Casual in their annual Top 100 report as a Top 25 Executive, Bobby Shaw has held senior leadership roles with several restaurant companies, including Chipotle and McDonald’s.

Bobby began his career in the restaurant business at McDonald’s where he spent 17 years, starting in the kitchen and working his way up to a successful multi-unit leader, before joining Chipotle as an Area Manager in 2002, where he held various roles in the organization up through Executive Regional Director where he opened restaurants in 7 new markets across 11 states from 2008-2012, ultimately overseeing more than 200 restaurants.

With over three decades in the hospitality industry, Bobby’s approach to strategy and implementation coupled with his passion for leadership development and promoting from within, has helped him develop many high caliber leaders throughout the restaurant industry that enjoy successful careers today.
