Hi I'm Kerry Nutley

I'm a big fan of learning from others and transferring knowledge. I believe the best management books are the ones you can read on your commute, learn and apply. So Ive tried to do that with my '20 easy insights book'.

I hope you like the book and take a couple of the insights to help your teams’ transition through the M&A, and as a leader’s provider a few pointers to help you as well.

I'm experienced Leadership and Sales and Marketing transformation consultant, having worked for BT and Deloitte. As an HR Director supporting BT Group during the EE and BT acquisition and having led successful global M&A activity in BT Global Services, here are a few things I saw work well.

My core passion is helping my colleagues through complex change, trying to have a laugh, building great work memories, whilst leading the projects no one else wants to touch!

As a dyslexic author Id like to give a very big thank you to my amazing friend and ex colleague Adele Pickerill. The books is now readable with a lot less typos in thanks to Adele. The amazing Robbie Hall and Zhuohan Shao whose graphics speak for themselves (if you are an Agency grab these guys now – they will be future stars!)

So to dyslexic authors, amazing friends who become great editors, up and coming artists, get writing…. You can do it, you just need quite a few weekends and a dogged goal to get your book on Amazon!
