Wendy van den Bulck

Having studied Germanic Languages, Wendy Van den Bulck (°1974) practiced her passion for communication and working with the dynamics of interpersonal relationships as a teacher in Dutch, German and English for 14 years. Alongside that, she has had a passion for horses since she was a child.

In 2003 she began learning about natural horse behaviour and what we as humans can learn from their communication and structures. Learning Solution Focus as an approach provided the underlying essence.

In 2010 she founded her organisation Equoia and now works as a solution focused coach

/consultant. Inspired by the high-performance structure within natural herds of horses, she specialises in developing authentic leaders and dynamically balanced teams in the work space.

Based in the north of Belgium, Equoia has a centre with several horses and the infrastructure to enable individual coaching and team coaching all year round. (www.equoia.org).

In 2019 she published "Connective Clarity. When Horses Invite You to Take up Authentic, Solution Focused Leadership".
