Phyllis Anne Kerr

Phyllis Anne Kerr was born in San Antonio, Texas and moved with her family to Houston when she was one year old. Phyllis' mother loved to read historical romance novels, especially in her favorite Regency genre. As soon as she could read, Phyllis fell in love with romance novels, too. Over the years, she has watched so many wonderful writers develop the genre into one of the most popular today. Phyllis wrote her novel as an homage and thank you to those past, present and future writers who carry on the tradition of Romance.
