Kathy McCaffrey

Kathy McCaffrey was born in Georgia in 1969. She's been a hairstylist for over 30 years (she stopped counting at 30!) and together with her husband has owned her award winning salon for 20 years. She is raising two boys, now 20 and 16 and enjoys living an active lifestyle.

Affirmations For Weight Loss is her first book and she is currently working on her next manuscript.
