Rachel Pringle is a self intimacy guide, tantra teacher, writer, and artist who has spent more than two decades exploring love, embodied awakening, and the healing intelligence of the body.
Shaped by early health challenges, Rachel began a lifelong journey into the healing intelligence of the body and the transformative power of love. Immersed in yoga from the age of twelve, she has given her life to the living arts of breathwork, somatic healing, voice, meditation, movement, communication alchemy, and devotional tantric embodiment, not simply as practices she has studied, but as pathways she continues to live, practice, and deepen into every day.
Through her work with women, men, and couples, Rachel has guided thousands of people into deeper connection with their bodies, their truth, and their creative power. Her work explores embodied intimacy, sensual mysticism, devotional relating, shadow integration, and the holy art of becoming Responsibly Wild: fully alive, deeply connected, and at home within oneself.
Her mission is simple: to guide people back to themselves, to the limitless connection, creative power, and sacred genius already living within them.
The Book of Her is Rachel's second published book, a living companion for the woman who is ready to fall in love with her own becoming.
Rachel's first book, Wild Open, is a collection of poetry born from heartbreak, self-reclamation, and erotic awakening. It is an intimate offering for anyone ready to reclaim their power, remember their aliveness, and awaken the pulse of their own creative life force.
