Rebecca A. Johnson specializes in the horror genre. Her novel, The Murphys-Supernatural Slayers: The Beginning, (Book 1) was published as a Kindle eBook, followed by the paperback edition, in June 2019.

She is the widow of a White Mountain Apache and spent the last twenty-two years living on the reservation listening to elders talk about myths and legends, while earning an MFA in Creative Writing at the Institute of American Indian Arts, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Her goals in life are simple: to become the best Native-American woman (North, South, and Central American horror writer and spend as much time as possible with her grandchildren. She also loves writing and painting in her sunny California office/studio while listening to “Old School R & B,” and (gasp)--70’s disco music!
