Michael Wyndham Lewis

Michael Wyndham Lewis is a Welsh author and illustrator whose stories weave together heritage, mystery, and imagination. His debut, Taliesin and the Witch, introduced readers to his love of folklore and art.

He is best known for The Chimney Sweep: A Tale of Dust and Disappearance, a haunting middle-grade adventure set in 1960s Wales, and NOX: BINARy, a YA dystopian thriller set in a post-apocalyptic Antarctic world.

Michael is currently writing sequels to both series, alongside two new projects: a gritty social-horror about football and obsession, and a far-reaching space novel exploring the collapse of worlds and the people who rebuild them.

He lives in Ystradgynlais with his four children, who continue to inspire every tale he tells.
