First of all, I have to tell you that my mission in life is not to change the world,
Nor do I have values that will make you cry with emotion, far from it.
I will tell you that I have 10 careers and 40 years of accumulated knowledge.
I can't.
And I don't have it.
I am a chef and I dedicate myself to cooking for money, for a vocation and for people to enjoy.
And I write books for the same reason.
That's my job.
Enough? Insufficient?
No idea. It depends on what you are looking for.
About changing the world... the truth is that I haven't even considered it.
I will not fool you.
And why am I telling you this?

A few years ago I started writing books about food.
It all started with a trip to Barcelona.
My partner and I went to a personal empowerment workshop.
Calm down
No strange things.
In that 3-day workshop, on the outskirts of Barcelona, they sold, on the last day,
a book writing course, and since I was always a terrible reader and writer, I signed up.
I began my journey in writing with the book "THE SECRET FOOD"
Then, with "THE SEED OF CONSCIENCE"
stop,stop,stop.
Don't look for them, they are removed from the market.
You might wonder why I removed them from sale.
I'll summarize it for you in a few words. They are books for people who have advanced thinking about being.
What happen?
If they fall into the hands of someone who does not have enough self-awareness, it can become a real problem for the buyer, like for me.
And the sale was through Amazon, so anyone could purchase it.
And now comes the topic, why do I write gluten-free food books?

Not out of jokes
At 20 years old I was diagnosed with psoriasis, currently I have very, very little on my elbows,
But time I had 80% of my body behind.
Yes, as you read.
So much so that they asked my permission to take some photos and publish them in a medical book.
I never saw said book, I never saw said photos.
...Life doing life...
When I wrote "THE SECRET FOOD," I discovered, through the research I did for it,
that gluten, along with several other causes, was one of the causes of this pathology.
And hence the GLUTEN FREE trilogy.
Otherwise I'm a normal guy, like you.
I go to work every day, and on breaks and vacations I dedicate myself to being a writer.
Study to improve recipes, preparations and audience in the newsletters on my website
recipes that are cool with a story, to make it more enjoyable, nothing more.
I live in Asturias, I am from Salamanca and I have no intention of leaving this land for a long time.
I like to love my wife, kiss my daughter and talk to her.
The sea-scented air, the green meadows, the mountains, eating on the western beach,
the fishing towns of the north, look at the large cargo ships in the port of Gijón,
walk through Oviedo, go up to Bulnes, visit Llanes and Santillana de Mar,
enjoy a cold beer with some fried anchovies in Luanco, swim in the open sea and write.
And live.
Yes, I like living a lot.
