Living in a small English village on the edge of Southampton Water and the New Forest is a perfect place to be inspired to write and illustrate my children's books. My appreciation for the countryside and its history has encouraged me to promote awareness of safety and the environmental issues we face today.

I am glad I never grew up; otherwise, I would have trouble writing and illustrating my children's books. A good sense of humour with imagination helps, but the best part is knowing when my books will make a smile that will last a lifetime.
