Judith Mowery

I'm a born and reared Carolina girl. Both sides of my family have been in the Carolina's since before the Revolutionary War. In 1986, I suddenly begin to dream the book, Out of the Sandy Depths. Loosing sleep over this, my husband suggested I write the book to get it out of my mind. From that day forward, there was rarely a time when I wasn't pecking away at my computer writing one book after the other. Now having written forty books and still writing, my local readership started begging me to put my books on line so every one could enjoy them.

These books range from western romances, to desert romances, to Civil War love stories, and modern day tales. I have even thrown in a mystical love story about elves and an old English tale, all that were inspired by my past, tales from my great grandmother about the Civil War and her family, and hidden memories in my brain that suddenly jumped out at me as I wrote.
