Ed.D Sam Shriver

I have 35 years of direct experience with Situational Leadership®, executive coaching, human behavior and leadership development. I hold a B.S. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and earned my Ed.D. in training and development from North Carolina State University. I have designed and developed over 200 custom leadership and coaching programs and have been formally recognized by Bernsin, Brandon Hall and the Association for Talent Development.

I author a topical leadership column with Marshall Goldsmith for Training Industry Magazine and an ongoing series of leadership-related blogs, white papers and articles. I am also the author of "From Coach to Coach," "The Four Moments of Truth" & co-author of "Lessons from Leaders."
