At the intersection of academia and business, Jeffrey Klubeck has applied his master’s degree in Communication to over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development and Transformational Business Coaching. A coach before it was the trend, Jeffrey has had the opportunity to create performance management and talent recruitment frameworks with organizations such as United Health Care, JP Morgan Chase, State Farm, DOW Pharmaceutical,

Altera Corporation, Tanner EDA, Aztec Shops, Ltd., Higgs Fletcher and Mack, LLP, Radiant Technologies, Chef Works, Inc., TGB Architects, Education Services District 105 and more!

With more than 3,000 learners and clients who have actively packed his courses in Public Speaking, Interpersonal, and Group Communication, Jeff’s experience as a retired Professor of Communication has created a following of students and coaches who have been able to apply strategic critical thinking and paradigm shifts in their organizations.

Jeffrey has had the pleasure of Speaking, Training and Coaching on 4 continents to audiences from over 40 countries. Jeffrey’s teaching, training, and coaching programs have been game-changing in helping executives, entrepreneurs, and business teams increase their motivation, accountability, and results!

In 2006 Jeffrey founded Get A Klu Inc. to offer Coaching, Consulting, Training and Speaker-for-hire Services focusing on the “soft skills that make strong leaders.” In 2019, Jeffrey Co-Founded, and by 2020 successfully sold his interest in, sideXside, LLC which served as the parent company for the Secret Knock, Prosperity Camp and Mastermind Association personal growth brands. From 2016-2018 Jeffrey was a regular contributor to Funnel Magazine and has also been quoted in more than two dozen Forbes Coaches Council publications since 2019.

Jeffrey founded The Integrity Game® in 2020 to offer Keynotes, soft-skills workshops/trainings, executive/communication coaching to Corporations and Industry/Trade Associations. In 2021, Jeffrey was awarded the Excellence in Education Award by the Global Forum for Education and Learning.

Jeffrey lives in San Diego California with his wife of over 20 years Mary Ann, three kids (AJ, Abigail and Brody) and two dogs (Bueller and Cookie).
