My father-in-law, Jerry, loves to tell stories about his childhood dog, Prince. I often find myself listening to these stories with the same wide-eyed anticipation as the grandchildren. Prince was a rescue dog, who often ended up rescuing Jerry from various situations. When Jerry asked me to turn his stories into children's books, I couldn't wait to begin. As an elementary school teacher, I love to read books to kids, guiding them to connect with the characters and events. I am so excited to share Jerry's stories about Prince with children all over the world.
