Christine Schimanski

Christine Schimanski comes from a family of six, two brothers and three sisters. I was born in a Queens NY Naval Hospital in 1964. My parents, Pearl and Herman were stationed at Ft. Hamilton, NY. My father served in the Army for thirty years. When I was about two, they moved to New Jersey where my father served his last years in the military at Ft. Monmouth.

I have have had many job occupations in my adulthood life. Ranging from cashiering at a convenience store, a major retailer and just about all the major fast food chains, gas pump attendant for several major companies, newspaper carrier and depot captain for major company, truck driver and distributor delivering food and beverage, street sweeper on a military installation, housekeeping supervisor, machine operator for a ceramics manufacturer (first woman in the company to do this), factory worker for a major clothing company, pizza driver for a major company, office cleaner, room service attendant for a major hotel chain, a miner (industrial plant technician) for the largest mining company in the US, fork lift operator, landscaper, painter, waitress, telemarketer (selling cell phone, time shares and lawn maintenance plans), security guard for an apartment complex and major corporation, factory worker making plastic hangers and a company that made emergency inflatable slides for airplanes, owning my own commercial cleaning company with employees and than owning a residential home cleaning business. These are just the ones I can remember for now!

I currently reside in Arizona where I enjoy the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona and the peace and tranquility of the desert.
