Keyon Blakes Bernal

Keyon was born in New Orleans, LA and moved to Lake Charles in January 2005 after marrying Dean Bernal, Sr. She has been a member of United Christian Fellowship Church for 14 years, under the leadership of Pastor Ronald Mayo, where she ministers in dance as a member of Vessels of Worship Dance Ministry and is the director for the youth dancers.

Keyon was a Lead Group Fitness Instructor for over 10 years before opening her own fitness studio, Keyon's Fitness, where the Lord used her to minister the Word of God on the fitness platform. She also taught Praise and Worship fitness classes for ladies in New Orleans and in Lake Charles,LA. She is also a choreographer for a local high school's yearly musical, where the youth are taught the power of prayer.

God has afforded Keyon the opportunity to minister the spoken Word and the Word in dance at several conferences and retreats locally and several areas throughout the country. She was certified as a Sunday school teacher and has visited several schools in the New Orleans and Lake Charles areas to minister to today’s youth. A mantle of prayer has been resting over her life and God is using it in this season for the Body of Christ.

Keyon loves the Lord Jesus Christ and has a deep desire to see the Body of Christ as a whole, living in the fullness of how God designed, in true Unity and Love. Keyon has committed her heart to serving Jesus in every area of her life, for He is Everything, He is her Way, her Truth and her Life.
