Ana Berdecía

Ana I. Berdecía, M.Ed., Certified Coach, and Founder/ CEO of Potential Pathways, LLC. has been a growth expert for 36 years. Her coaching and training company was established in 2013 with the mission to inspire, lead, and elevate individuals, leaders, and organization to new heights for meaning living and industry impact with winning teams. Ana is a student of life/leadership coaching, leadership, team building and purposeful living. She believes that if you develop yourself, you can grow any area of your life. Together we can explore possibilities. Ana loves to work with people to help them define and refine their passion, potential, and purpose. She also believes there is something incredibly special about being invited into someone's life as they become the leader of their life. In 2022, Ana released her first solo book titled, "The Road to Purpose: The Twists and Turns of God's Positioning System (GPS).

Throughout her career, Berdecía has worked in social services, crisis management, non-profit support, higher education, public policy and personal growth. She earned both a Master in Education and a Bachelor of Art in Sociology with a minor in Women Studies from The College of New Jersey. In addition, Berdecía is an independent certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership and a certified human behavior consultant through Personality Insights. Ana lives in New Jersey with her husband Enrique. They have two adult sons, Adan and Gabriel, two daughter-in-loves, Staicy and Kathryn, and three beautiful grandchildren: Daniel, Jericho, and Hope.
