Barbara Berlier

Barbara Berlier is a retired magazine journalist, who spent her childhood caring for animals of all sizes, shapes and species, she even rescued a turkey once from being Thanksgiving Day Dinner. Most recently, before she retired, she was a staff writer for The Prescott Dog magazine, which was dedicated to promoting the Human/Animal Bond and adopting rescue animals. A few of her features were “Doggie News from Around the World” and “Seniors and their Pets.” Since her retirement, she lives in Northern Arizona with her husband, Paul, of 33 years. She loves writing, traveling and spending time with her large family.
