Gillian Willet

Gillian Willet is an author and dietician with decades of experience when it comes to what type of diet best suits the individual. Her books include works that cover the Mediterranean, ketogenic and anti-inflammatory diets, among others, and she is well known for the results she achieves.

Gillian lives on a small farm in rural Pennsylvania, with her husband, their two sons and a range of animals. In her free time she likes to work out in her own home gym and enjoys experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, which she often then incorporates into her books.

She loves all aspects of nature and can often be found wandering in a forest or on the side of a mountain, enjoying the peace and tranquillity that it offers.
