Peter Vonder Haar

Peter Vonder Haar lives in Houston, TX with his wife, three daughters, and a dog named Zuul. He's lived in Texas since he was 10, but has been writing even longer than that. Sadly, his first story -- about a runaway peanut butter sandwich -- is lost to antiquity.

His work has appeared in the Village Voice, LA Weekly, and Houston Press. He's a fan of Irish whiskey, Sumatran coffee, and Mexican wrestling.

He's the author of the Clarke & Clarke Mystery series: Lucky Town, Point Blank, and Empty Sky.
