Seth A. Having worked for and been partnered with Private Equity for over a decade, Seth understand the value creation process and how to build value for investors and operators. In addition, Seth has been through numerous transactions on the buy and sell side that bolstered his success working with all sorts of investors, lenders, brokers and investment bankers. Seth co-authored his first book on mergers and acquisitions and looks forward to developing more content based on years of M&A experience.
