Michelle Visser

Michelle Visser is the author of Sweet Maple, the host of the Simple Doesn't Mean Easy podcast,

and the creator of Kombucha Academy, Maple Syrup University, and Dehydrating Academy. She

lives in a 200-year-old farmhouse on a New England sugarbush, with her high school sweetheart

and a bunch of farm animals. She makes a lot of kombucha and homemade tea blends &

sweetens almost everything with maple syrup.
