Nardia Plumridge is an award-winning journalist and author who regularly contributes to print and online publications in the UK, US and Australia. Her work has featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, The Australian, Time Out, Lonely Planet and Forbes.
Nardia's love affair with Florence began as a teenage girl when she first visited the city aged 15. Since then, she has returned to Tuscany scores of times before starting the website Lost in Florence (www.lostinflorence.it) dedicated to the 'chic, boutique, unique' venues of the Renaissance capital where she combines her passion for the city and its people with the pursuit of 'la dolce vita'.
Now published as a book, 'Lost in Florence: An insider's guide to the best places to eat, drink and explore', is released by Hardie Grant, and translated into Italian by Giunti Editore. In January 2021, Lost in Florence won GUIDE BOOK OF THE YEAR at the Travel Media Awards in London.
