Liz Scott has been a practicing psychologist for nearly 50 years, helping clients identify life themes and make sense of the puzzle of their lives and she has brought this focus to her writing. She has had numerous short stories published in literary journals and her memoir, This Never Happened, was released in 2019 followed in 2024 by Love Life: Confessions of a Psychologist. Her latest book is You're Going to Die But Not Me. She is a proud mama and grandma and a dog lover. Originally from New York City, she currently lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
